Luke joined Capital FM in early 2009 presenting weekend shows. He's now also regular cover for Capital Drive Time and the national networked weekday shows across the UK. Highlights include presenting live from behind the scenes of both the Summertime Ball and Jingle Bell Balls and being part of the team winning an NYC Radio Award for "Live at the Summertime Ball 2010".Ignoring the very early-on appearances in Grange Hill(!) Luke's career began in radio at the age of 17 in 2001 presenting a weekly interactive show on Fox FM, Oxford. In 2002 he moved to Power FM, Hampshire and then building on his love of interactive shows, he moved to sunny Brighton in 2003 to present "Southern Select" on Southern FM, Sussex. After 5 years of that, Luke wanted a radio break so took a year off to pursue his other love of stage audio and lighting design, but the love for radio niggled away and when a phone call from Capital FM came out of the blue in 2009, it was a job Luke jumped into and hasn't looked back since.Luke can also be heard on TV as a Continuity announcer, on many adverts and even as the voice of computer games, including the Wii Fit.

Disney Pixar Ad - Luke has previously voiced UK television and cinema spots for Disney and Pixar; so when it came to THE cinema event of the year (let's be honest, we're ALL excited about seeing Toy Story 3!) it seemed only right Luke would be the voice not just for 1, but wait for it, 9 different TV ads! Here's one of 'em.2. Odeon In-House Promo - Cineworld and Odeon's across the UK will be celebrating cinema by launching a text-to-win trailer campaign with DCM. The trailer is in the traditional relaxed and emotive style of DCM's on screen campaigns and needed a cool and credible voice to match. Here's Luke's big-screen debut!3. Animated Feature - Barbie - Luke plays the part of "Freddie" in the new animated feature which is now on general release. It charted number 1 in the children's charts, number 4 in the DVD chart.
